What to expect.

Phase 1,

Schedule an appointment with Legacy Iron & Construction LLC to visit build site by calling 208-920-3691 or by email at Legacyironpnw@gmail.com

During the consultation, hazards and or concerns about the area will be documented and a preliminary write-up of the shop design will be completed.

A retainer agreement with Legacy Iron & Construction LLC will be reviewed, signed and paid.

Review estimates provided by the leading Pre-engineered building providers across the nation and select one.

Phase 2,

Legacy Iron and Construction LLC and a draftsman / engineer of your choosing will work together throughout the design and permit process.

Draftsman / engineering and permit fees are paid by consumer directly to service provider / county agency.

Phase 3,

Order Pre-engineered building (ETA typically 8-12 weeks)

Form and pour foundation piers, stem wall and foundation with roughed in utilities.

Take possession of Pre-Engineered building, stage components on site.

Phase 4,

Erect steel frame, install windows and man doors, sheet walls with siding material, install roof panels, garage doors, electrical, lighting and plumbing.

Phase 5, Optional ADU

Install staircase, free standing deck with columns, handrails.

Frame interior of ADU, rough in electrical and plumbing.

Sheet interior walls, install cabinets, vanities, countertops, fixtures, and flooring.

Install appliances, and finish trim.
